Key figures

In Finland, Fazer Food Services employs about 4,100 restaurant sector professionals. The number has remained steady for several years. Over 3,900 of them work at our restaurants, and the rest are in management and expert positions.

Our personnel has strong experience in their work: two out of three employees have worked for us for at least five years. The average age of our personnel is 41 years, and almost nine out of ten are women.

Of the employment contracts, 95% are permanent and 87% full-time. We follow the applicable collective labour agreements for employees and supervisors in the hotel and restaurant sector.
