Our personnel has strong experience in their work: two out of three employees have worked for us for at least five years. The average age of our personnel is 41 years, and almost nine out of ten are women.
Of the employment contracts, 95% are permanent and 87% full-time. We follow the applicable collective labour agreements for employees and supervisors in the hotel and restaurant sector.
