Proper management, healthy working communities and versatile HR development tools are important for Fazer. We promote working capacity and health, as well as prevent the occupational illnesses caused by work and working conditions by observing good OCH practices.

Personnel satisfaction

Fazer Food Services’ satisfaction at work is excellent in comparison to the Finnish standard level. Every year, we measure work satisfaction in a questionnaire covering the whole of Fazer Group.

Rewarding and incentives

We reward our staff for good performance. Every employee is included in a reward scheme which is outlined annually.
