The contents of the service, operating practices, special features and the general distribution of responsibility and costs are agreed on in the restaurant service agreement. The contract may be complemented with a service description that describes the procedures as well as the contents and evaluation of the service quality in more detail.
If the customer has restaurant premises in the Helsinki region but not an adequate kitchen, food may be delivered to the restaurant from the service kitchen located in Kannelmäki. Otherwise, the restaurant service agreement follows the above-described practice.
