Customer feedback system

The aim of our customer feedback system is to receive feedback on our products and services from different customer groups. We use several different methods to monitor the satisfaction of our guests and customers.

The restaurant service agreement contains a service description that describes the measures agreed on collecting customer feedback, their scale and scope, the reaction speed, as well as ways of processing and reporting them. The customer feedback system aims to guide and ensure high-quality operations. The implementation of the plan will be followed in personnel meetings and the customer committee.
