Marketing and communications in restaurants

An individual marketing plan is designed when opening an Amica restaurant. It is updated on an annual basis when planning restaurant operations.

Marketing and providing information on the restaurant’s services are key elements in making the restaurant familiar amongst potential customers, as well as in improving customer satisfaction amongst loyal customers. Efficient marketing of restaurant services requires good planning.

Amica restaurants are marketed and information about their services is provided on the restaurant’s information board, as well as through the customer company’s own channels. We want to provide our guests with correct and up-to-date information about the restaurant’s services and products, and to communicate topical issues, for example, nutritional issues and healthy eating habits. At the same time, we aim to strengthen our positive corporate image and affect our customers’ attitudes.
