Efficiency with quality

The cornerstones of our business management are efficient production control, correct planning and use of personnel resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our production control tool is called RMS (Restaurant Management System). It is a comprehensive, web-based information system that supports the control of restaurant operations and improvement of efficiency and economy of operations.

For the planning of personnel resources, we use a system that takes into consideration the conditions of the collective labour agreement and performance objectives.

We monitor customer satisfaction by collecting customer feedback using many different methods. We have oral, written and electronic feedback channels in use.
