Note that this result is only an indication – several factors influence your own individual energy requirements. The factors taken into account in this estimate are: your gender, age and weight, the nature of your job, and how much exercise you take in your leisure time. There are, however, individual differences in energy consumption that may, for example, be hereditary. The counter cannot take these into consideration.

Our energy counter is based on nutritional recommendations, which state that lunch should account for about a third of your daily energy requirements. If you snack between meals, the energy counter will suggest overly large portions.
