Product descriptions

At Fazer, we want to provide our guests with all necessary information on what our food contains.

You can read our product descriptions at our restaurants or on Amica's website. If you have an allergy, you should always check the product description at our restaurants, as we may have been forced to replace an unavailable ingredient. Product descriptions list:

  • ingredients and spices in the food 
  • wnergy, protein, carbohydrate and fat content of the dish per 100 g 
  • suitability for people on the most common special diets (lactose-free, low-lactose, milk-free, gluten-free) – indicated by an abbreviation 
  • all ingredients*) that cause hypersensitivity contained in the food ingredients produced by the food industry that are used in our restaurants.

In addition, we provide information on:

  • all food additives that have been marked “may cause hypersensitivity” in the additive guide of the Finnish Food Safety Authority
  • flavour enhancers if they are included in the food ingredients produced by the food industry that are used in our restaurants
  • special dietary labelling which is carried out according to the ingredients listed in the product descriptions; unintended contaminations cannot be taken into account
  • special diets that are labelled using abbreviations.
