Product description search

We want our customers to be fully aware of what our food contains.

Our product descriptions list all the ingredients and seasonings used, as well as each dish's energy, protein, carbohydrate and fat content per 100 g of food. We also mention each dish's suitability for those on the most common special diets.

Legend:
L = lactose-free, VL = low-lactose, M = milk-free, G = gluten-free

Our product descriptions also list all ingredients that cause hypersensitivity and which are contained in the industrially produced food preparations we use. We avoid ingredients than contain additives, and we don't add any ourselves.

Please note that ingredient substitutions are possible at the preparation stage. If necessary, always check the final product description either on the restaurant notice board or by asking a member of staff.
