We aim to cut food waste by 10 g per portion. To this end, we make responsible choices with our suppliers about our ingredients at each of our 1,200 kitchens. And when we serve food, we estimate how much of it will be consumed, so that as little as possible goes to waste. These small amounts add up to more than a million kilos of saved food all over the Nordic countries. By pulling together, we can really help the environment.
